I agree to return this outfit on it's hanger by the Sunday or Monday following the event. If it is not returned within 2 days after the event I agree to pay $25 per day for every day it is not returned.
I assume full responsibility for any damage or loss to articles rented. I agree to pay the replacement value of any rental item not returned 9 days after the event date.
Cancellations need to be at least 14 days prior to the event date subject to a $50 service charge. No refunds given if cancellation is 13 days or closer to event date.
For $9.95, Modern Tux agrees to waive its right pertaining to your liability for damage to formal wear and clothing rented in this contract. Specifically excluded from this waiver is any item that is lost or stolen, maliciously or intentionally damaged, or water soaked.
I agree to try on this outfit on in the store at least two days before the event. I agree any measurements taken are approximate, and that final fit adjustments will be made after trying this outfit on in the store. I accept fit "as is" if I don't try on outfit in the store.
We reserve the right to substitute sizes. Prom tuxedo rental styles and accessories may be substituted.
No checks are accepted for final payment. Debit card, credit card or cash only.
